For our first ever community review, Cameron Manthey and Mel Sambrooks went out to the Tallebudgera Surf Life Saving Club (Talle Surf Club) to try their hand at a creation...the Nacho Parmi! By combining the Parmi and Nacho mains they created a Nacho Parmi; a Mexican masterpiece!
Review: I was recently down the coast for the U18 National Women's championships as an umpire. We went out one night to the surf club for dinner and made the ultimate creation.
A combination of Nachos and a Chicken Parmi, fittingly named the NachoParmi. This creation was dreamt up a few days before it came to life, there was much excitement leading up to it. I'm not sure a feat of this has ever been achieved and it did not disappoint. I left feeling fuller than ever and can say for sure I would eat it again.
Price - 7/10 You order 2 meals but it is well and truly enough for 2 people.
Chicken - 9/10 It was juicy and very well cooked
Toppings - 10/10 Perfect amount of cheese ham and sauce
Sides - 10/10 Guacamole, cheesy cornchips and some beautiful beef mince were such an amazing combo.
Venue - 8/10. We had a really large group of people but all of the staff were excellent. The meals came out fast and were delicious.
Overall Rating 8.8/10 - The Nachoparmi is something that must be experienced by all. You will not be disappointed
